The Rede Xingu+ [Xingu+ Network] consists of organizations of indigenous peoples, associations of traditional communities and civil society institutions acting throughout the Xingu River Basin in Mato Grosso and Pará. Among their objectives is the education of young indigenous communicators, with support from the Instituto Socioambiental. They document daily life in communities, environmental destruction and political demonstrations, sharing images primarily on social networks.
