Kujãesage Kaiabi (1992) lives in the Kwaryja community of the Kawaiweté people in the Xingu Indigenous Territory. Trained at Instituto Catitu, she is a communicator for Rede Xingu+ and is part of the Xingu Women’s Movement. She produces workshops to encourage indigenous women to engage in audiovisual production and is working on a documentary about her grandfather, Prepori Kaiabi, a leader recognized by all the peoples in the territory.
